YZUL Electric Vibrating Motor
Performance parameters:
Power: The output range is generally 0.12kW to 10kW.
Vibration force: It can reach from 1kN to 125kN.
Voltage: Common voltages include 380V, 415V, 660V, etc., and can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Frequency: Usually 50Hz or 60Hz, and can also be customized as required.
Speed: According to the number of poles, there are different speeds. For example, the 2-pole motor has a synchronous speed of 3000rpm, and the 4-pole motor has a synchronous speed of 1500rpm.
Working principle: There is a set of adjustable eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor of the motor. When the motor rotates, the eccentric blocks generate inertial exciting force. By adjusting the angle of the eccentric blocks, different exciting forces can be obtained, and by adjusting the phase angle of the upper and lower eccentric blocks, the motion trajectory of the material can be changed, so that the material can complete a variety of motion modes such as rapid planar dispersion, planar rotation, central aggregation, and three-dimensional rotation.
