What is Shaded Pole Gear Motor?
The shaded-pole reduction motor is a small power device that combines a shaded-pole motor with a reduction mechanism.
Working principle
After the shaded-pole motor is powered on, the stator winding generates an alternating magnetic field. Under the action of the shaded-pole short-circuit ring, the magnetic field is distorted and a rotating magnetic field is generated to drive the rotor to rotate. The high-speed rotation of the rotor is transmitted to the input shaft of the reduction mechanism through a coupling or direct connection. In the reduction mechanism, the speed is reduced and the torque is increased according to a certain transmission ratio through the meshing transmission of multi-stage gears. Finally, it is output from the output shaft at a suitable speed and torque to drive the external load to operate.
