Bevel Gearbox
What is a Bevel Gearbox?
Bevel gear reducer, also known as bevel gear reducer, has bevel gear as its core component, including spur bevel gear and spiral bevel gear. The gear teeth of spur bevel gear are straight line, simple to manufacture but slightly worse transmission stability; the gear teeth of spiral bevel gear are spiral, with large overlap, smoother transmission and higher load capacity, but the manufacturing process is relatively complex.
Performance characteristics
High transmission efficiency
The transmission efficiency of bevel gear reducer is usually around 90% to 95%, which can effectively transmit the power of the motor to the load end and reduce energy loss.
01
Wide transmission ratio range
A wide transmission ratio range can be achieved through different bevel gear combinations to meet the deceleration or speed increase requirements of various different equipment.
02
Strong load capacity
Spiral bevel gear reducer has a high load capacity and can withstand large radial and axial loads. It is suitable for some heavy loads and large impact loads.
03
Compact structure
The structure of bevel gear reducer is relatively compact and small in size. It has advantages in equipment with limited space and can save installation space.
