This adjustment function can flexibly adjust the air supply according to the combustion of biomass fuels and the heat load requirements of the boiler, thereby improving the combustion efficiency.

Due to its proximity to the boiler, the fan needs to have a certain high temperature resistance. Its components (such as impellers, casings, etc.) take into account the influence of high temperature environments when designing and selecting materials. For example, the material of the impeller can withstand the high-temperature heat radiation generated by combustion, and the casing also has a certain heat insulation performance to prevent excessive heat transfer to the motor and bearings inside the fan, ensuring that the fan can operate normally in a high-temperature environment.

In order to provide a comfortable home environment, the noise level of household biomass boiler fans is generally controlled within a low range. The noise generated by the fan during operation is reduced by optimizing the design of the impeller, using high-quality bearings and reasonable motor speed. Generally speaking, its noise level can be controlled at around 60-80 decibels, which will not cause excessive interference in a normal home environment.
