Shell Material

Stainless Steel Gear Motor Working Principle
Like ordinary reduction motors, stainless steel reduction motors are also composed of two parts: motor and reduction mechanism. After the motor is powered on, the stator winding generates a rotating magnetic field, which drives the rotor to rotate and converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. The rotation of the rotor is transmitted to the input shaft of the reduction mechanism through a coupling or direct connection. In the reduction mechanism, the speed is reduced and the torque is increased according to a certain transmission ratio through the meshing transmission of multi-stage gears. Finally, the appropriate speed and torque are output from the output shaft to drive the external load to operate.
