We offer the following types of stainless steel reducer and motors:

1. Stainless motor: IEC metric dimension, Nema inch dimension.

2. Stainless reducer motor: inline helical gear motor, 90 degree worm gear motor, 90 degree bevel gear motor.

3. Stainless worm reducer: IEC size and inch size, NMRV smooth surface types, NMRV with heat dissipation ribs types, VF round types.

4. Stainless hypoid reducer: same mounting dimension as NMRV worm reducer, while the efficiency and lifetime are much higher.

A. Products characteristics

1. High quality stainless steel, appearance elegant.

B. Technical method of main parts

1. Die-casting Housing, 3D design with analysis, aluminum alloy die-casting could make sure processing precision, as well as stringency and rigidity of housing.

2. Helical gear:20CrMnTi carbonize & quencher heat treatment, precision level of gear grinding could reach above 6 grades. Hardness level:58-62HRC

3. Output shaft: material-----40Cr

Hardness level—---242-286HB

4. oil seal brand: NSK

5. Lubricant: Mineral oil or synthetic oil 

C．Structure of product-------AH series reducer including 2 stages transmission (AH…B) and 3 stages transmission (AH…C)

1. AH…B: transmission efficiency about 92%, with input flange or input shaft, and various output forms.

2. AH…C: transmission efficiency about 90%, with input flange or input shaft, and various output forms.

1. AH model number: 50，The mounting size is the same as with the corresponding NMRV series.

2. Output torque: 8~80NM

3. Motor power can be connected: 0.12~0.75KW (motor type: Y63-Y80).
