Vibration Table Motor

1. Definition
Vibration Table Motor is a special dedicated vibrating motor designed exclusively for vibration tables.It acts as the core excitation power source, providing stable high-frequency vibration force for concrete vibration tables, mold compaction tables, material filling tables, casting shakeout tables and laboratory test vibration tables.

2. Working Principle
It follows the same principle as standard vibrating motors, with professional optimization for table compaction:
Adjustable eccentric weights are mounted on both ends of the motor shaft.
When powered on, the eccentric blocks rotate at high speed and generate centrifugal excitation force.
The force drives the table surface to produce high-frequency reciprocating vibration.
Adjust the angle of eccentric blocks to change exciting force and amplitude, meeting compaction requirements for different materials and workpieces.

3. Structural Features (Optimized for Vibration Table)
High torque & sufficient excitation force. Suitable for heavy-load working conditions; no overheating or power loss under full load, ensuring uniform compaction without hollowing.
Reinforced heavy-duty bearings, impact-resistant and fatigue-resistant bearings, long service life under continuous high-frequency vibration.
Vibration-resistant reinforced body. Thickened housing, end cover, and mounting flange; anti-resonance, not easy to crack or deform.
Excellent sealing performance. Fully sealed design, dustproof, waterproof, and mortar-proof; suitable for construction sites, building material plants and harsh environments.
Flexible installation: Mostly foot-mounted horizontal type, also available with flange mounting; easy to fix under or on the side of the vibration table frame.
