Performance Characteristics

Stainless Steel Gearbox: Exceptional corrosion resistance, able to withstand the erosion of acids, alkalis, salts, and humid environments. It has high strength and hardness, maintaining stable performance under high loads and high torque.
Other Gearboxes:

Cast Iron Gearbox: High strength and hardness, resistant to wear, but has poor corrosion resistance.

Aluminum Alloy Gearbox: Lightweight with good heat dissipation, but relatively weaker load-bearing capacity and strength.

Copper Alloy Gearbox: High toughness and wear resistance, but more expensive and difficult to process.

Hygiene & Cleanliness

Stainless Steel Gearbox: The surface is smooth, with no pores or cracks, making it difficult for dust, liquids, or bacteria to accumulate, ensuring easy cleaning. It meets the high hygiene standards required in industries like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
Other Gearboxes:

Cast Iron Gearbox: The surface is relatively rough, with possible sand holes or air pockets that can trap dirt and grime.

Aluminum Alloy Gearbox: The surface is smooth but requires care during cleaning to avoid scratching.
