Product Introduction of XG Gearbox
XG suspension reducer is a common reduction device, widely used in conveying equipment, mixing equipment, mining machinery and other fields. It is characterized by compact structure, easy installation, strong bearing capacity, and is suitable for occasions with limited space or requiring suspension installation.

1. Suspended Design: It adopts the hanging installation method and can be directly fixed on the equipment bracket, saving space and suitable for long-distance conveying equipment (such as belt conveyor). Flexible installation, the position can be adjusted according to site needs.
2. High load-bearing capacity: The use of high-strength materials and optimized design can withstand large radial and axial loads. Suitable for heavy-duty conditions such as mining, metallurgy, and other industries.
Installation precautions
Ensure that the installation foundation is firm to avoid vibration and offset.
Align the input shaft with the motor shaft to avoid wear caused by eccentricity.
Check whether the lubricating oil is sufficient to ensure the normal operation of the lubrication system.
