Component Inspection: Regularly check the motor's housing, end covers, and junction box for cracks, deformation, or looseness. Tighten loose screws and replace damaged parts.
Wire Inspection: Periodically check the motor's power cables and internal wiring to ensure no damage, aging, or poor connections. Replace damaged wires immediately and resecure any loose connections with proper insulation.
