Detailed Working Principle

Step 1: Generation of Centrifugal Force through Rotation
When the motor is powered on, it drives the rotor shaft to rotate at high speed.

The eccentric blocks mounted on both ends of the shaft rotate synchronously with the shaft. Due to the offset between their center of mass and the rotational axis, they generate periodic centrifugal forces.

Step 2: Synthesis of Excitation Force from Centrifugal Forces
By adjusting the relative angular position of the eccentric blocks at both ends, the vector sum and magnitude of the centrifugal forces can be modified:

Same-direction alignment: The excitation force reaches its maximum (in either the horizontal or vertical direction).

Reverse symmetry: The excitation forces cancel each other out, resulting in no vibration.

Arbitrary angle: Enables stepless adjustment of the excitation force between 0% and 100%.

Regular Inspection

Tightness of bolts (recommended weekly check).

Wear and tear of cables.

Bearing temperature.

Lubrication Requirements

Use specialized lubricating grease.

Replace grease after the first 100 hours of operation; thereafter, replenish every 500 hours.

Avoiding Resonance

The natural frequency of the equipment should be kept away from the motor's operating frequency to prevent structural damage.

Storage Requirements
