Introduction:
In industrial applications, the vibrating motor serves as the core power source for driving processes such as screening, conveying, dewatering, and feeding of bulk materials. Unlike traditional separate exciter systems, this series of vibrating motors integrates the exciter and the drive motor into a single compact unit. Adjustable eccentric blocks mounted on both ends of the rotor generate centrifugal force, producing controlled, periodic vibration directly on the equipment body.

Harsh Environment Adaptability:
Dusty environments (mines, cement plants) – Special shaft seals and labyrinth sealing.
Wet/corrosive environments (coal washing, chemical plants) – Corrosion-resistant coatings and stainless steel fasteners available.
Extreme temperatures (dryers, outdoor cold-climate installations) – Wide-temperature grease and heat/cold-resistant bearings.
Stepless Centrifugal Force Adjustment: By adding/removing eccentric blocks or changing their angle (0°–180°), the centrifugal force can be adjusted from 0% to 100%, either offline or, on some models, online.
Low Maintenance Design: Maintenance-free bearings with long-life grease – one filling typically supports ≥10,000 operating hours (may vary depending on actual load and environmental conditions).
