Overview

A 220V Vibrator Motor Block is a single-phase AC industrial vibration exciter. It converts electrical energy into mechanical vibration directly, featuring compact structure, easy installation, adjustable vibration force, and stable operation. Widely used for material flow assistance, screening, compaction and vibration feeding.

Construction

Housing: Die-cast aluminum alloy or cast iron, good heat dissipation, high mechanical strength.

Motor Core: Single-phase 220V AC induction motor with pure copper winding, Class F insulation.

Adjustable Eccentric Weights: Mounted on both ends of the rotor shaft; vibration force can be adjusted by changing the angle of eccentric blocks.

Bearings & Sealing: High-precision sealed bearings + full rubber sealing, dustproof and waterproof.

Terminal Box: Integrated wiring box for safe and convenient power connection.

Working Principle

When powered on, the motor drives the eccentric blocks to rotate at high speed. The eccentric mass generates centrifugal force, which produces continuous circular mechanical vibration. The vibration amplitude and exciting force are adjustable via the eccentric block angle.
