Product Introduction

WPDKS Reducer is a WP series cast iron worm gear reducer. The input end is flange-connected, which can be directly connected to the motor. It is of vertical installation type with the output end facing upward. Its conventional single-stage speed ratios include 1/5, 1/10, 1/15, 1/20, 1/25, 1/30, 1/40, 1/50, 1/60, 1/70, 1/80, 1/100, etc., and the center distance (model) is 50# - 175#. The input power is between 0.12kW and 33.2kW, and the output torque is 6N·m - 9066N·m. The input speed usually does not exceed 1500r/min, and the working ambient temperature is -40°C - +40°C. It is applicable to speed reduction transmission of various mechanical equipment in plastics, metallurgy, beverage, mining, hoisting and transportation, chemical industry and construction.

1.Diverse Output Shaft Structure: The output shaft has a basic type, including single output shaft and double output shaft, as well as a hollow output shaft form, which can meet the installation and transmission requirements of different equipment.

2.Flexible Shaft Position and Direction: The input shaft can be positioned above or below, and the output shaft can be directed upward or downward, which can adapt to various space layouts and transmission requirements.

3.Diverse Input Shaft Connections: The input shaft connection has basic single input shaft and double input shaft types, as well as types with motor flanges, which facilitates connection with different types of motors or power sources.

4.Integral Box: The reducer box is of integral structure, with beautiful appearance and good rigidity, which can effectively ensure transmission accuracy and stability.

5.Rich Box Types: The box has a basic type with a bottom plate, which can be vertical or horizontal, and there are also various structural types such as cuboid, with fixed screw holes on multiple sides and optional bottom plates, providing flexible installation methods.

3.Excellent Load Capacity: The worm is made of 45# high-quality steel through heat treatment, and the worm wheel is made of tin bronze, which has good wear resistance and can bear large loads and torques.

4.Good Heat Dissipation Performance: The cast iron box has certain heat dissipation capacity, which can effectively dissipate the heat generated during operation, prevent the reducer from overheating and prolong its service life.

5.Strong Adaptability: It can work stably at the working ambient temperature of -40°C - +40°C, and can adapt to a variety of harsh working conditions, and can operate reliably in mechanical equipment in different industries.
