Composition of vibratory motors

1. Motor Body
Function: The motor body is the main component of the vibrating motor, responsible for generating mechanical power and vibration force.
Design Features: It typically adopts a naturally cooled dual-output shaft design. This design allows for better heat dissipation, thereby improving the motor's operational stability and extending its service life.

2. Polarization Blocks
Location: Installed at both ends of the motor's output shaft.
Function: As the motor shaft rotates, the polarization blocks rotate with it, generating eccentric force. This is the excitation source for the vibration force output of the motor.
Adjustability: Polarization blocks are usually adjustable, meaning their position or mass can be modified to change the vibration characteristics and output force of the vibrating motor.

3. Protective Cover
Function: The primary role of the protective cover is to protect the polarization blocks and motor body from external environmental interference and damage while ensuring the safety of the motor during operation.
