Maintenance Tips
Regular Lubrication
Select the appropriate grease: Generally, high-temperature lithium-based grease (e.g., NLGI 3#) is used, with the specific model referring to the motor's manual.
Lubrication cycle:
After the initial operation, add grease within 50 hours.
Under normal usage, add grease every 500 hours. In high-temperature or high-load environments, reduce the interval to 300 hours.
Grease volume: Fill the bearing chamber with 1/3 to 1/2 of its volume; excessive grease can cause overheating.
Operation points: Clean old grease before adding new grease to avoid mixing different types of lubricants.
Check Fasteners
Key areas: Foot bolts, protective cover screws, eccentric block fixation bolts.
Check frequency: Inspect before starting each shift, re-tighten fasteners every 72 hours for continuous operation.
Anti-loosening measures: Use spring washers or thread-locking agents to ensure bolts are secure.

Strong excitation force: The excitation force is generated by the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block, producing centrifugal force to deliver a powerful excitation force that induces high-frequency vibration in the equipment. For example, the YZU-5-2 vibrating motor, at a two-pole speed of approximately 2880 r/min, can provide an excitation force of up to 50 kN, meeting the operational requirements of various equipment such as vibrating screens and vibrating feeders.
Adjustable excitation force: The excitation force can be adjusted by changing the angle of the eccentric block. For instance, when screening materials of different particle sizes, the force can be adjusted according to needs, improving the adaptability and work efficiency of the equipment.
Exquisite design: The motor mainly consists of the motor body, eccentric blocks, end caps, and other components, with no complex transmission parts. This simple design reduces manufacturing difficulty and cost, as well as facilitates installation and maintenance.
Small footprint: Its compact size and light weight allow it to be easily installed in various vibrating equipment, such as vibrating platforms, without occupying too much space, making it ideal for compact equipment layouts.

Significant Energy Saving: The vibrating motor consumes less energy compared to other vibrating equipment while achieving the same vibration effect. This helps reduce operational costs for enterprises, improves energy efficiency, and aligns with the trends of energy conservation and emission reduction.
Convenient Installation and Commissioning: The vibrating motor can be easily installed on vibrating equipment. By adjusting the angle and weight of the eccentric block, different vibration parameters can be achieved without the need for complex transmission devices or lengthy commissioning processes. This shortens the installation and debugging cycle, allowing the equipment to be put into production more quickly.
Wide Range of Applications: The vibrating motor is widely used in industries such as power, building materials, grain, coal, mining, metallurgy, chemicals, light industry, casting, railways, cement, ports, and more. It covers a wide range of processes, from material conveying, screening, and filtering to forming, meeting the vibration requirements under various working conditions
