Screw Extruder Gearbox Introduce
Screw Extruder Gearbox is a key component of an extruder. It is mainly used to connect the motor and the screw, converting the high-speed rotation of the motor into the low-speed and high-torque rotation required by the screw, thereby realizing the process of material transportation, melting, mixing, pressurization, and extrusion. It is widely used in extrusion molding equipment in industries such as plastics, rubber, food, and chemical engineering.
Some details:
1. ZLYJ gearbox of 112-146 is Natural cooling, 173-250 is Coil cooling, 225-250 is Cooler Cooling with pump. the material of
the cooling tube is pure bronze. ( with a cooling tower or not)
2. The whole gear material is cast iron, Gear material: high alloy steel low carbon (20CrMnTi), the surface is carburized case up to
0.7-1.1mm, surface hardness is HRC58-64, the accuracy of gear is GB10095-88-5 standard. gear craft is (gear grinding)
3. Our bearing is Tapered Roller Bearings( china top brand ZWZ gearbox oil seal)
4. There are several normal ratios: 8,10,12.5,16,20, depends on customers requirements.
5. Various seal forms and perfect oil leak-proof function. (Taiwan NAK brand gearbox oil seal)
