Product Introduction

1. Overview

The attached concrete vibrator motor, also known as external concrete vibrator, is a special vibration motor directly mounted on formwork or concrete component surfaces. It converts electrical energy into eccentric centrifugal force to compact concrete. It is ideal for thin-wall structures and densely reinforced areas where immersion type vibrators cannot be used.

2. Structure Composition

Motor Body: Fully enclosed cast iron housing, Class B insulation, IP55 protection grade, dustproof and waterproof. Common voltage: 220V/380V, power range: 0.25–3.0kW.

Eccentric Weights: Installed at both ends of the rotor shaft. Rotation generates centrifugal exciting force; exciting force can be adjusted by changing the angle or quantity of eccentric blocks.

Mounting Base: Cast iron base plate, fixed on the outer side of formwork by bolts to transmit vibration energy.

Cable & Terminal Box: Rubber insulated flexible cable and waterproof junction box, suitable for harsh construction site conditions.

3. Working Principle

When powered on, the motor drives the rotor and eccentric weights to rotate at high speed. The eccentric blocks generate periodic centrifugal force, creating high-frequency & small-amplitude vibration. Vibration waves transmit through formwork into concrete, making concrete mixture flow, discharge air bubbles, achieve compaction, and avoid honeycomb and pitting defects, thus improving concrete strength and durability.

5. Application Scope

Precast concrete production: Concrete pipe segments, hollow slabs, roof panels, guardrails, used with vibration tables.

Special thin-wall and densely reinforced concrete structures where internal vibration is unavailable.

6. Operation & Installation Notes

Fasten firmly on formwork with bolts; keep close fitting between base and formwork. Installation spacing: 1.0–1.5m.

Vibration time per position: 10–30 seconds, stop when mortar bleeds and no obvious air bubbles rise; avoid over-vibration causing concrete segregation.

Reliable earthing required; check cable insulation; perform maintenance only after power cut-off.
