Products Working Principle
A vibration motor is typically a special design based on a common motor. Eccentric blocks are mounted at both ends of the rotor shaft. When the motor is powered on, the stator winding generates a rotating magnetic field, causing the rotor to rotate. As the center of gravity of the eccentric block doesn't align with the motor shaft axis, a centrifugal force is produced by the eccentric block during high-speed rotation of the rotor. The magnitude and direction of this centrifugal force vary continuously with the rotor's rotation, making the motor vibrate. The centrifugal force formula is \(F = mω²r\), where \(F\) is the centrifugal force, \(m\) is the mass of the eccentric block, \(ω\) is the rotor's angular velocity, and \(r\) is the distance from the eccentric block's center of gravity to the shaft axis.
