What does the voltage in the motor represent?

Speed:
For DC motors, higher voltage increases speed, while lower voltage decreases it. In AC motors, speed mainly depends on frequency and pole count, but voltage fluctuations can still affect performance. Lower voltage reduces output torque, slightly decreasing speed and load capacity.

Torque:
Motor torque is proportional to the square of the voltage. A voltage drop significantly reduces torque, potentially causing overload or startup failure. For example, if voltage drops to 90% of the rated value, torque may decrease to about 81%.

Maintenance tips for vibration motor

Regular Cleaning: After work, promptly clean the motor surface to remove concrete, dust, and debris using a dry brush or compressed air. Avoid moisture entering the motor to prevent short circuits or corrosion.

Component Inspection: Regularly check the motor's housing, end covers, and junction box for cracks, deformation, or looseness. Tighten loose screws and replace damaged parts.

Wire Inspection: Periodically check the motor's power cables and internal wiring to ensure no damage, aging, or poor connections. Replace damaged wires immediately and resecure any loose connections with proper insulation.
