Vibrating screen motors, also called vibrating motors, are the core power components of vibrating screen equipment and play a key role in many industrial fields.

Vibrating screen motors generally operate on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When the motor is energized, the stator windings inside it generate a rotating magnetic field that interacts with the rotor and drives it to rotate. However, unlike ordinary motors, vibrating screen motors have eccentric blocks installed at both ends of the rotor shaft. With the high-speed rotation of the rotor, the eccentric block will produce centrifugal force, which changes periodically during the operation of the motor, so that the motor vibrates, and transmits this vibration to the vibrating screen body connected to it, so that the screen body does reciprocating vibration or circular vibration to realize the screening of materials
