The speed reducer is designed according to the structure of the bucket elevator and its transmission characteristics. 

The speed reducer combines auxiliary drive and is compact. The main and auxiliary drives can be automatically switched through electronic control, which does not need an extra manual operation and is convenient for fitting and adjusting by customers. The auxiliary drive not only can be used when the machine in maintenance or repair by users, but also meets low-speed transmission with the load. The main gear unit equipped with a backstop can prevent reversing when the machine not running or in malfunction.

Bucket Elevator speed reducers are three-stage transmission, ratio range: 1/20 - 1/90. We can also provide the gear reducers with a bigger ratio according to customers' requirements. The gear units can be foot mounted and shaft mounted.
