How to reduce reducer noise

Installation
Use professional tools during installation to ensure the motor, gearbox, and load are aligned with a deviation no more than 0.05mm. The mounting surface should be flat, and the base should be secure, with shims used for adjustments if needed.
Add rubber vibration-damping pads or other vibration-reducing components at the installation site. If there are connecting pipes, use flexible connections such as metal hoses.

Lubrication
Select lubricants with appropriate viscosity and anti-wear additives based on operating conditions. Use low-viscosity oil for high-speed, light-load applications, and high-viscosity oil or grease for low-speed, heavy-load applications.
For new equipment, replace the oil after approximately 500 hours of operation, then every 2000-3000 hours. Clean the gearbox thoroughly during oil changes.
