Our motors pass multiple tests:
1. Gear detector for comprehensive tests of gears.
2. Retest the hardness and ensure abrasive resistance.
3. Radial runout tester to test the running-in and balance of the motors, to reduce the abrasion and make sure low noise when high speed running.
4. Withstand voltage tester to test electric leakage or above normal voltage.
5. Interturn tester and surge test to test the insulation between turns in the motor stator winding. Bold coil makes bigger torque under the same power torque output.
6. Stator comprehensive tester to test the defect after inserted winding, pick out the defectives.
7. Motor comprehensive tester to test if all the data of a motor meet the standard.
8. Dynamometer to test the welding, insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, inter turn withstand pressure on any inter shot, arbitrary mode of impact, and the number of repeated shocks. It can automatically correspond to the determination of other turns that withstand the voltage test.
9. 100% current test and debug before delivery.
