Worm Gear Box With Input Shaft
1. Solid Input Shaft Design
The input shaft provides a direct mechanical connection for applications that do not require an IEC motor flange.

Different frame sizes and reduction ratios are available to match required output speed, torque and installation dimensions.

Materials and Construction:
-Gearbox housing: Die-cast aluminum alloy for sizes 025–090; cast iron for sizes 110–150.
-Worm shaft: 20CrMnTi steel with carburizing heat treatment. The hardened surface reaches approximately 56–62 HRC.
-Worm wheel: Tin bronze alloy for wear resistance and reliable worm gear engagement.
