1. Structural Difference

Single-stage Cycloidal Drive

Single cycloid-pin reduction unit; eccentric shaft directly drives cycloidal wheel. Ratio: 6 ~ 87.

Two-stage Cycloidal Drive
Series connection: 1st gear reduction + 2nd cycloidal reduction. Total ratio = ratio1 × ratio2, ranging from 100 up to 7500+.
