Advantages:

1. The helical geared motor takes 20CrMnTi as raw material. After the grinding process, the gear precision can reach the national standard 6 grade, which is DIN6.

2. The meshing of gears is tight to reduce noise and increase strength. A close meshing also slows down the heating of the helical gear reducer and lengthens gear life.

3. In transmission, the multi-tooth meshing achieves a smooth, reliable, and quiet running of the helical gearbox.

4. The motor housing is made with aluminum die casting. The adoption of new machining technology improves the precision of workpieces.
