Heat treatment of gear:

In some factories, it is naturally cooled, or the two processes of drying the varnish are separated, which is easy to cause damage, the immersion paint is unstable, and the efficiency is slow.

Motor shaft:

The whole quenching process is adopted. Some factories are partially quenching the

shaft and the overall hardness is poor.
