Introduction:

The daily check and maintain

1. When the brushless direct current motor is in operating, do not get close it or touch the revolving parts(shaft). If something or somebody engulfs or hurts, please turn off the electrical power switch right and handle at once.

2. Please note that the motor is equipped with a thermal protector that automatically shuts off the electrical source if the motor temperature becomes abnormal. Once the motor cools down to a predetermined temperature, it can resume working automatically. (Note: As long as the motor is not burnt out, it will work automatically.)

Our motors are subjected to multiple tests to ensure their quality and reliability:

1. We conduct comprehensive tests of the gears using a gear detector.

2. We retest the hardness and ensure abrasive resistance to achieve optimal performance.

3. We use a radial runout tester to examine the running-in and balance of the motors. This not only reduces abrasion but also ensures low noise when operating at high speeds.

4. We use a withstand voltage tester to check for electric leakage or any voltage above normal levels.

5. We use Interturn tester and surge test to test the insulation between turns in the motor stator winding. Bold coil makes bigger torque under the same power torque output.

6. We use Stator comprehensive tester to test the defect after inserted winding, pick out the defectives.

7. We use Motor comprehensive tester to test if all the data of a motor meet the standard.

8. We use Dynamometer to test the welding, insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, inter turn withstand pressure on any inter shot, arbitrary mode of impact, and the number of repeated shocks. It can automatically correspond to the determination of other turns that withstand the voltage test.

9. We use 100% current test and debug before delivery.
