Why it is better to use a gear box DC motor?

The average running speed of a DC motor ranges between 300 and 4000 rpm under load, which exceeds the acceptable range of many applications. In order to reduce shaft speeds, many DC motors are combined with a gearbox. This helps to reduce the motor shaft speed, and increase the output torque. In most cases, torque is increased by the ratio of the gear reduction, minus any losses in the gearbox.

Q: What is the warranty of your Gear Box DC Motor?

A: All parts have a 12 months warranty as long as it is within the warranty period. Improper use or installation is not a manufacturer's defect.

Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally, it is 10 business days if the goods are in stock, or it is 15 days if the goods are not in stock. It is according to the customer's quantity and request.

Q: What payment method can I use? And what are your terms of payment?

A: We can accept Company Bank transfer and PayPal. For samples, it's 100% T/T in advance. For batch orders, it's 30% T/T in advance, and 70% balance before shipment.

Q: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we can provide the sample, but the customer should pay for the cost. We could use FEDEX/ DHL/ TNT shipping, and it may take 5 ~ 7 business days.
