The composition of Brushless AC motors:

Brushless AC motors consist of four main components: the stator, rotor, position sensor, and electronic control system:

Stator: Made of a laminated silicon steel core with windings (typically copper or aluminum). When alternating current (AC) flows through the windings, it generates a rotating magnetic field that drives the rotor.

Rotor: Typically equipped with permanent magnets or magnetic material (often rare-earth magnets for high-performance motors). Installed on the motor shaft, it rotates under the influence of the stator's magnetic field, converting electrical energy into mechanical motion.

Position Sensor: Common types include Hall effect sensors (which detect changes in the magnetic field) and optical encoders (which use optical principles to detect position). These sensors monitor the rotor's position and speed, sending data to the electronic control system.

Electronic Control System: Consists of a drive circuit (which converts input power for the stator windings) and a control circuit (which processes signals from the position sensors). This system manages the energization of the stator windings, enabling motor commutation and controlling the motor's speed and torque.
