304 housing gearbox

304 Housing Gearbox is the highest series of stainless steel gears recommended for the most demanding applications. It is a gear with a 304 stainless steel body, similar to the other series.These are standard transmissions sealed in a 304 stainless steel housing, the sealing method prevents dust and dirt from entering.

All gearboxes have IP69K degree of tightness, which allows washing under high pressure (up to 100 bars) and hot water (up to 80℃)

This gearbox stands out for its excellent corrosion resistance. In a salt spray test for 720 hours, no rust spots appeared. Its sealed structure makes it easy to clean, just a simple water rinse can remove dirt. The precision machining of gears ensures low noise, operating at less than 50 decibels.
