Single Phase Gear Motor

It is a unit of the controller and motor. It only needs to connect one time. The speed can be easily adjusted by the potentiometer. The controller is fixed with a speed-control loop, capacitor, speed enactment and etc. There is no function of instant stop in the unit.

1. Radial runout tester to test the running-in and balance of the motors, to reduce the abrasion and make sure low noise when high speed running.

2. Withstand voltage tester to test electric leakage or above normal voltage.

3. Interturn tester and surge test to test the insulation between turns in the motor stator winding. Bold coil makes bigger torque under the same power torque output.

4. Dynamometer to test the welding, insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, inter-turn withstands pressure on any intersect, arbitrary mode of impact, and the number of repeated shocks.

5. We will conduct a power-on test before shipment

1. Every gearbox has an independent packing, there is a sponge between the gearbox and housing.

2. Standard product needs 5-30days, a bit longer for customized products.

3. It is available by air/ sea/ train.
