Typical size of VF gearbox:

Single stage: VF30, VF44, VF49, VF63, VF72, VF86, VF110, VF130, VF150

Double stage: VF30/44, VF30/49, VF30/63, VF44/72, VF44/86, VF49/110, VF63/130, VF86/150

Material: 

VF30 ~ VF72 are aluminum alloy housing, VF86 ~ 150 are cast iron housing.

Main Characteristic of VF Series Worm Gearbox
VF gearbox is a new-generation product developed on the basis of perfecting NMRV series products, with a compromise of advanced technology both in China and abroad.

Main Materials of VF Series Worm Gearbox
1. Housing: die-cast aluminum alloy(frame size: VF30 ~ VF72), cast iron(frame size: VF86 ~ 150).
2. Worm: 20Crm, carbonization quencher heat treatment makes the surface hardness of worm gears up to 56-62 HRX, retain carbonization layer's thickness between 0.3 and 0.5mm after precise grinding.
3. Worm Wheel: wearable bronze alloy.
