NRV series transmission gearbox:

For NRV40-90 worm gearbox, the housing is iron cast.

For NRV110-150 worm gearbox, the housing is iron cast.

The gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, like Zin Bronze, Albronze, are treated with surface hardening.

The bearing and seal can be replaced by another brand as your requirement.    

When working, great load capacity, stable running, low noise with high efficiency.   

Allowed radial loading force on the output shaft of deducer(N)

The table below is the allowed loading force on the midpoint of the output shaft.

When the reducer is with double output shafts, the resultant radial power at the edge of the shaft should not exceed the values specified as in the above table.

The max allowed axial thrust is 1/5 of radial force while the radial force and axial force effected together.
