The solar panel motor is one part of the solar tracker system, which is used for solar power generation devices by rotating the solar panel according to the orbit of the sun. The solar DC motor has a very low running speed, usually 1~3 rpm, because the gear ratio of the planetary gear head can be very high to achieve very low speed.

It is available to be used in bad weather conditions and meets the demands of small and medium automatic tracking systems.

Test of solar panel motor

1. Motor comprehensive tester to test if all the data of a motor meet the standard.

2. Dynamometer to test the welding, insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, inter-turn withstands pressure on any inter shot, arbitrary mode of impact, and the number of repeated shocks. It can automatically correspond to the determination of other turns that withstand the voltage test.

3. 100% current test and debug before delivery.

General parameters

We could configure per customer's requirements: 

Water-proof ventilating valve, internal pressure test, corresponding cable, domestic or abroad aviation plug, the special encoder (4 poles or 8 poles) for the solar tracking system, position-limit for the solar tracking system, PMDC motor, or BLDC motor.
