Bearing

High speed shaft uses high precision tapered roller bearings, low speed shaft uses double row spherical roller bearing of higher load capacity.

Housing

It is an asymmetric design, therefore the user does not need to unpack, he can change the arrangement type directly; In addition, the split housing design is easier to open and maintain.

The material is HT250 cast iron, by using metal mold resin sand casting process, the casting and the inner surface are of high quality.

Output shaft

After the process of quenching and tempering, the shaft is able to undertake a heavy load.
