NMRV025 Gearbox

NMRV series orthogonal reducer is a new generation of worm gear reducer based on WP series. It has an advanced square box structure and high quality aluminum alloy. It was shaped by “high pressured whole casting” technology. “Small, light, fast cool, good-looking” is its specialty.

It has large output torque, smooth transmission, and low noise. Totally close structure, good sealing, free of maintenance, can adapt to comprehensive installation.

Surface Painting

Aluminum alloy housing:

1. Shot blasting and special antiseptic treatment on the aluminum alloy surface.

2. After the phosphate treatment, paint with RAL 5010 blue, silver, grey, red, or based on customer demands.

Cast iron housing:

First paint with red anti-rust paint, then paint with RAL 5010 blue or silvery-white paint.
