(1) The high voltage motor is designed to operate at an altitude of not more than 1000m and ambient air temperature no more than 40℃.
(2) The high-voltage motor can operate continuously at the rated fixed rate when the additional voltage varies within ±5%. When the voltage variation is assumed to exceed ±5%, the load should be limited according to the manufacturer's rules or experimental results.
(3) The temperature rise of the high-voltage motor during operation should follow the rules of the manufacturer when there is no such phase material.
(4) If the ambient temperature of the high-voltage motor is between 0℃ and 40℃, the limit value of temperature rise is not generally increased. When an agreement is obtained with the manufacturer, it is allowed to increase (40-t) K, but up to 30K.
(5) In order to avoid dampness, the motor that provides cooling air outside must stop the supply of cooling air in time after the machine is shut down.
(6) Check whether the spark under the brush is normal and whether the collector ring (or steering gear) has burned and wear.
(7) Check whether the motor has abnormal noise and vibration during operation, and whether the stator and rotor have phase friction.
(8) For the high-voltage motor with a short time limit, the temperature rise limits of each part are allowed to be 10K higher than the regular values in Table 1-2.
(9) The allowable temperature of sliding bearing is 80℃ (when the oil temperature is not higher than 65℃). The allowable temperature of the rolling bearing is 95℃ (the ambient temperature does not exceed 40℃).
(10) If the maximum ambient temperature of high-voltage motor operation is between 40℃ and 60℃, the regular temperature rise limit in the above table should be subtracted from the value of ambient temperature exceeding 40℃.
