Our Motors Pass Multiple Tests
1. Gear detector for comprehensive tests of gears.
2. Vickers and Rockwell hardness tester to retest the hardness and insure the abrasive resistance.
3. Radial runout tester to test the running-in and balance of the motors, to reduce the abrasion and make sure low noise when high speed running.
4. Withstand voltage tester to test electric leakage or above normal voltage.
5. Interturn tester and surge test to test the insulation between turns in the motor stator winding. Bold coil makes bigger torque under the same power torque output.
6. Stator comprehensive tester to test the defect after inserted winding, pick out the defectives.
7. Motor comprehensive tester to test if all the data of a motor meet the standard.
8. Dynamometer to test the welding, insulation, power frequency withstand voltage, inter-turn withstands pressure on any intersect, arbitrary mode of impact, and the number of repeated shocks.
9. 100% current test and debug before delivery.
Product Specifications
Main Parts Notes of Geared Motor
Gearbox: The output shaft diameter of gearbox 1#, 2#, 3#, and 4# are 18, 22, 28, and 32 separately. The material of the gearbox is Al. alloy. 5#, 6# is 40, 50 respectively. The gearbox is made of cast iron.
Gear Piece: The material 40Cr mixes to HB280, then dealt with high-frequency quencher HRC50. Gear should be processed by milling with high precision. The class is at 6.
Gear Shaft: The material 20CrMnTi will be changed into HRC60 through the processing of cementite quencher. The gear shaft will be processed with gear hobbing. The precision class is 6.
