Influence of internal gear error of reduction gear
Tooth shape error, base joint error, tooth direction error and radial runout error in the gear manufacturing process are the main errors that cause the transmission noise of planetary reducer. It is also a problem point to control the transmission efficiency of the planetary stepping motor. The tooth shape error and tooth direction error are explained simply.
For gears with small tooth shape error and tooth surface roughness, their noise is 10dB smaller than that of ordinary gears under the same test conditions. Under the same test condition, the noise level of gear with a small pitch error is 6 ~ 12dB smaller than that of ordinary gear. However, if there is a pitch error, the impact of load on gear noise will be reduced.
Tooth direction error will lead to transmission power transmission is not full tooth width, contact area to the end face of the tooth or that end face, due to the local force to increase the gear tooth deflection, resulting in the noise level. But at high load, the tooth deformation can partially compensate for the tooth direction error.
Assembly concentricity and dynamic balancing
The assembling of different centers will lead to the unbalance of shafting operation, and the noise will be aggravated jointly due to the loose and tight half of tooth meshing. The unbalance of high precision gear transmission assembly will seriously affect the accuracy of transmission system.
Internal tooth surface hardness of reduction stepper motor
With the development of gear hard tooth surface technology, its characteristics of large bearing capacity, small volume, light weight and high transmission accuracy make its application more and more widely. But in order to obtain the hard tooth surface using carburizing quenching gear deformation, resulting in the increase of gear transmission noise, shorten the life of the gear. In order to reduce noise, it is necessary to finish the tooth surface. At present, in addition to the traditional tooth grinding method, and developed a hard tooth surface scraping method, by modifying the tooth tip and tooth root, or the main and passive wheel tooth shape are reduced, to reduce the gear gnashing and gnashing impact, so as to reduce the gear transmission noise.
